Dr. Marcus Childress has over 35 years of experience in higher education as a tenured professor, department chair, dean, and vice-president for academic affairs. Dr. Childress earned his Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Technology from Virginia Tech and his M.M. and B.M. degrees in Music from Appalachian State University.  Learn More

Instructional Designer - E-Lu Chen, M.S./Ed.S.-IDT

E-Lu has over 13 years of course development and teaching experience, supporting and promoting content accessibility and copyright in the course design process while managing multiple course projects and programs by coordinating with different stakeholders. She embraces and evaluates educational technology tools and promotes active learning in online/hybrid/web-enhanced learning environments.

Instructional Designer - Chris Slupianek, M.S.-IDT

Chris is an instructional design leader who believes in delivering best-in-class education to every learner. He has extensive experience in curriculum development, developing blended content, developing instructional materials, and designing/ implementing learning strategies.

Instructional Designer - Sabina KC, M.S.-IDT

Sabina is an instructional designer with experience working with educators, instructional trainers, organizational leaders, and innovators through careful assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of content quality. She believes in meeting learners where they are and providing the best learning experience. She is an experienced quality assurance auditor skilled in maintaining learning quality. Her strengths are facilitation communication, instructional strategies, training, project management, and solving operational problems. KC is knowledgeable in higher education's unique standards and compliance requirements, corporate learning needs, and the technology industry.

Instructional Designer - Jonathan D’Souza, M.S.-IDT

Jonathan has 10+ years of instructional design, course building and learning management systems experience. He has planned, managed, and implemented development of online courses at several institutions. He advocates for designing ADA and Section 508 compliant instructional materials and training modules. Jonathan strives to provide his learners with a positive learning experience.
